The grand hike organized by YSR Telangana party leader YS Sharmila in the name of public presidency to find out the problems at the village level in Telangana and to create a comprehensive understanding to solve them has reached its sixth day on Monday. On the 20th of this month she started her trek in Chevelle in Rangareddy district. The grand march is expected to cover a total of 4,000 km across a total of 90 Assembly and 14 Lok Sabha constituencies.
Let the government know the problems at the village level her hiking has been completed in Chevella and Rajendranagar constituencies. Currently, the padayatra is going on in Maheshwaram constituency. Her walk began after a public meeting in Chevelle Town. Mother YS Vijayamma flagged off the event. Chevella, Shamshabad then held a public meeting at Maheshwar. The ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi is targeting the government and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. The government is trying to bring to the fore the problems prevailing in the villages.

There seems to be no public meeting on the sixth day of the padayatra, there are no towns like Shamshabad and Maheshwaram. In its place the YSR-TP leaders set up a word-of-mouth program. YS Sharmila will be chatting with locals at 3:30 pm this evening at Lemur in Kandukur Zone. Ask and find out what problems they are facing at the field level. Inquire about the performance of the government, the authority. Feedback is taken during the word-of-mouth program on how to resolve them.
26 Coordinating Committees A meeting with party leaders will be held after the end of the walk. Complaints and requests received from the public that day will be discussed. Make a note of the problems identified at the field level. In each village, issues at the ward level are studied. YSR-TP has also appointed top leadership coordination committees to make the trek a success. A total of 26 coordinating committees are working for the YS Sharmila pilgrimage.
