Did Chiranjeevi target Koratala in his Godfather speech?

Megastar Chiranjeevi scored a commercial and critical hit with Lucifer remake, Godfather. Chiranjeevi earned more critical praises for his looks and performance than he did for his performances in Khaidi No.150 and Acharya. In recent interviews, Chiranjeevi talking about Acharya debacle said that he and Ram Charan did whatever writer-director, Koratala Siva, asked them to do.

Godfather released on 5th October and out of three releases, Godfather is performing well even though it is not collecting as much as a Chiranjeevi hit film would do. Still, it is a good comeback for the Megastar of Telugu Cinema and he, along with his team, celebrated Godfather success. At the success meet, in his speech, Chiranjeevi said, “It is better to have more brains working on a script than one brain. No one can know everything and people should realize this.”

While he spoke at length about many things he did during Godfather movie shoot and script discussions, this remark seemed like he targeted Koratala Siva and he seems to have been hurt by the box office performance of the film. Chiranjeevi once said that he is unhappy that Ram Charan – Chiranjeevi film got wasted.

Fans of Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan are attacking Koratala Siva on social media after these remarks and NTR fans have been supporting him, saying that he should come back with a big blockbuster with their hero, NTR30.
